 The structure of wooden pallets directly affects the use efficiency of wooden pallets, and the suitable structure can give full play to the characteristics of efficient handling and storage.

         1. The wooden pallet is used as a floor slab, that is, the wooden pallet is no longer moved after the goods are loaded, just praying for the role of moisture-proof and waterproof, and the wooden pallet with simple structure and lower cost can be selected. Such as simple wooden pallets or simple plastic wood pallets, but the static load of wooden pallets should be paid attention to when using.        

         2. Wooden pallets used for transportation, handling, loading and unloading should be selected with high strength and large dynamic load. This kind of wooden pallet is to be used repeatedly and with forklifts, so the strength of the wooden pallet is required, and the structure of the wooden pallet is required to be Tian Zi type or Sichuan type.        

         3. Choose single-sided wooden pallets or double-sided wooden pallets according to whether the wooden pallets are stacked after the goods are loaded. Single-sided wooden pallets are not suitable for stacking because they are only a bearing surface, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the lower layer of goods. If the goods need to be stacked after loading, double-sided wooden pallets should be selected. 

         4. If the wooden pallet is used on the shelf of the three-dimensional warehouse, consider whether the structure of the wooden pallet is suitable for stacking on the shelf. Generally, because goods can only be inserted from the shelf from two directions, the wooden pallets used for the shelves should be selected as far as possible to fork wooden pallets on all sides, so as to facilitate forklifts to take goods and improve work efficiency. Such wooden pallets generally choose the structure of the field shape.

 Choice of load-bearing wooden pallets

      Dynamic load refers to the maximum weight that the forklift can lift at one time: static load refers to the maximum weight that the bottom wooden pallet can bear in the stack; Overhead load refers to the load capacity on a shelf. If it is used on the shelf, we must pay attention to the difference between the dynamic load and the overhead load, and the national standard for deflection is a maximum of 30mm, but this standard is obviously wide. Our simple use on the shelf when the deflection of no more than 20mm is suitable, if it is an automatic stereoscopic library, this requirement is more stringent.

 Other factors to consider

       When used in cold storage, plastic pallets become brittle: wooden pallets with too much recycled material have a reduced service life.
